Inclement Weather Policy
Winnie-the-Pooh follows Loudoun County school holidays & closings:
If Loudoun County opens one hour late, morning classes will begin one hour late, afternoon classes start on time.
If Loudoun County opens two hours late, morning classes will begin at 11am and end at 12:40 pm. Afternoon classes will begin at 1:30 pm and end at 3:10.
If Loudoun County closes early due to bad weather, we will do the same.
If Loudoun County is closed for the day, we will be closed for the day.
Snow days will be made up only if Loudoun County schools change holidays to make up extra days.
Due to teacher contracts, insurance, and lease agreements, Winnie the Pooh is unable to extend classes past May 31.
Please listen to local radio stations (especially WAGE 1200 AM) for late openings and school cancellations.
