    Ashburn Clinic

    The Health Department also has a clinic in Ashburn, located at 45201 Research Place, Suite 120. The Ashburn clinic provides tuberculosis screenings only, at a cost of $14.70 per TB risk assessment. There is an additional charge of $7.00 if a TB test is placed as a result of the findings of the assessment. Patients are seen for TB screenings on a walk-in basis each Tuesday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

    Returning Student Registration begins February 1, 2010 at the General Membership Meeting.

    Mail-In Registration for Alumni/ Mt. Hope Baptist Church Members begins February 15, 2010.

    Mail-In Open Registration for 2010-2011 begins February 25, 2010.

    Applications must not be postmarked any earlier than the appropriate registration date. Any applications received prior to these dates will be returned and must be resubmitted.
